We are not long back from our short flight home; so just a quick covering note from me

Not sure whether Win Test is showing DXC/HQ correctly, I suspect not, but all will become clearer later:

====================

As already reported, conditions were pretty bad particularly to NA; except on 40m, where I was very surprised to be hearing so many VE’s in mid-afternoon ! we went LF much sooner than I anticipated; and spent longer than I thought we would there. We planned to work 24 hours, but since conditions were so poor, 40 appeared to be folding too, we decided to QRT between 02-0600, in the eventuality, I finished my stint earlier, Martin started earlier too.

80m Summary – 3B8, V31, 9V, VK2, 3, 6, ZF, and 4 ZL’s worked; many VE’s. VU2PTT and 4S7VG heard, but not worked
40m Summary – 3B8, 9M0, 9J2, 9V1, 9M6, 9V, C6, V31, VK2,3,4,6,7; VU, ZF, 13 ZL’s, many VE’s
20m Summary – 3B8, 5H, 9J2, 9V1, 9M6, HS, V31, V51, VK2,3,4,5,6,7, VU, ZB, ZF, 7 ZL’s
15m Summary – 3B8. 9J2, V51, ZS1. No VE, VK or ZL !
10m Summary – only UK worked; heard Nigel very weakly on Sunday

Antennae – Optibeam multi element, XM240, 80m dipole
